Munchen XL

The Munchen XL cabinet is the only model available in both Base and Extend configurations. It’s designed to accommodate your machine on the RMF Simply-6 electric lift, which supports all domestic sewing machines, including models like the Bernina 990, Brother Aveener, Pfaff Creative Icon 2, Janome M17, and Baby Lock machines.

This cabinet features hinged extension plates at the rear, offering added support for your sewing activities. The extra 550mm depth brings the total depth to 1050mm, perfect for handling bigger sewing projects.

To the left of the machine area, there’s an optional extension plate that can be raised, with support provided by the door beneath it. This plate is perfect for giving you extra workspace. The swing-open door on this side features four compartments and a panel where you can organize your sewing tools. This design ensures your essential items are always within easy reach while you work.

On the right side of this cabinet is a generously sized pull-out section intended to house a second machine. This feature differentiates the Base Munchen from the Extend Munchen XL. The XL pull-out area is ideal for storing overlockers or coverstitch machines, including larger ones like Baby Lock models. It’s strong enough to serve as a functional workspace while also providing storage for 4-thread overlockers or coverstitch machines. If you own an air-threading overlocker or coverstitch machine, we recommend opting for the XL pull-out to maximize your workspace.

For added practicality, the cabinet features lockable casters for smooth mobility and stability.
